"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." — Deuteronomy 31:6
Our Lord commands us to lead fearlessly, which can be easy when things are going well. During moments of difficulty, however, leading takes on true meaning. In the verse above, Joshua was called to lead the Israelites following the death of Moses — one of the greatest leaders ever known.
God's command and promise remain the same today. He requires boldness and promises guidance. We do not know the ways our graduates will be called to lead following their time at Jackson Christian. Whatever they are, we desire they understand that successful leadership in the world relies upon following Jesus Christ.
I invite you to be a part of what God is doing on this campus. I challenge you to lead the way with meaningful gifts that will see these dreams come to fruition. By choosing to bless the children we serve, you equip future leaders in the Lord’s Kingdom. I can think of no greater investment.
In Him,
Dr. Mark Benton, President
