Campus Dining

Junior Kindergarten – 5th Grade Students

Basic meal: $5.00

• Hot plate lunch consisting of an entree, vegetables, with either fruit and/or bread
• Drink: Bottled water, white milk, or chocolate milk

Ham or turkey sandwich, chips, fruit, and drink: $5.00
Extra entree when available (Example – pizza slice, hot dog):  $2.00
Additional roll:  $.50 Extra fruit or vegetable when available: $1.00
Dessert when offered: $1.00
For students who bring lunch from home, milk or water are available for purchase for $.50.

6th-12th Grade Students:

There are 3 options daily for the middle/high school lunch:

• Hot plate lunch consisting of an entree, vegetables, with either fruit and/or bread – $5.50.
• Salad bar – $3.00. Option to add grilled chicken breast strips – $2.00.
• Ham or turkey sandwich on sub roll – $3.50.
• Extra entree – $2.00 – $3.00
• Vegetable/Fruit – $1.00
• Chips/Cookie/Dessert – $1.00
• Extra roll – $.50

Drink offerings daily: $1.00 – Sweet tea, lemonade or milk.

Managing your student’s lunch account is quick and convenient through RenWeb/FACTS. No separate registration is required—just log in using your existing parent credentials. 

🍽️ How It Works

• Log in to RenWeb and click on the FACTS tab.

• Under the Prepay Accounts section, click “Add Funds.”

• Enter the desired amount on the line designated for Lunch.

• Funds are added to your shared family account, which all students in the household access.

• In the lunch line, students scan their fingerprint, and their purchases are automatically deducted from the family balance.

• Free ACH transfer using your bank routing and account number

• All major credit/debit cards accepted (subject to a 2.75% processing fee)

• Check or cash may be delivered to the Business Office

• Students may also pay with cash in the lunch line if needed

🔔 Balance Notifications & Politicies

• Daily email alerts are sent when your account balance reaches a low threshold

• If your balance reaches -$50 or more, students will be asked to bring lunch from home until the account is replenished

• The system links the scan to their RenWeb lunch account.

🔒 How We Keep It Safe

Our fingerprint system is designed for speed and security, not identification by law enforcement or external databases. Here’s what you need to know:

• No fingerprint images are ever stored.
  Instead, the system creates an encrypted identity template (a secure string of 1s and 0s) based on fingerprint points.

• Templates cannot be reverse-engineered into an image or used by any other system.

• The data is linked only to your child’s RenWeb student ID and never leaves our secure campus servers.

• The system uses encrypted storage and is protected with strict access controls.

Think of it like a barcode at a gym check-in—but your student can never forget it or lose it.
