 Jackson Christian School prepares students for the university experience
through challenging classes, participation in the fine arts, championship
athletic programs and other extracurricular activities which expand the
student's knowledge and abilities. Our program is designed to provide each
student with an opportunity to establish a record that will enable them to
attend the college of their choice. Recent ACT and SAT scores show JCS
students perform well above national averages. Approximately 98% of all
JCS graduates go on to college with 30-40% continuing their education in a
Christian Environment. |
In addition to a wide variety of basic courses and electives, JCS offers students
the opportunity to participate in chorus, drama, yearbook publication, clubs, and
sports. Students spend seven hours a day with teachers whose lives are governed
by their faith and whose example is a desire to imitate Christ. We are
committed to offering young people a source of truth, strength, and vision for
living in today's changing world. The key to our program is balance -- guiding
each student as they search to find this important balance between the
spiritual, academic, and social elements of their lives.

At JCS, a student will not be lost in the crowd. Small classes ensure special
attention to each one. While expectations are high, there is an atmosphere
of encouragement and an environment of challenge. The emphasis on structure and
order lends security and gives focus to these young adults during the difficult
adolescent years. |
