The science curriculum that we are currently using comes with a student cd.  I am not planning on handing them out to everyone, but if you would like to use one this year I'll be happy to check it out to you.

We will have vocabulary quizzes almost every Tuesday.  The words are linked below.

Leaf Collection Parent Information
*Leaves will come home Friday, Aug. 27
*Leaves will need to start pressing over the weekend.  Do not wait too long before beginning to press leaves.  Moldy rotten leaves will not be   accepted.
*I am working on the assessment page for the students as well as the information that must accompany the leaves on each page.  I will link that information next week.
*This link will give you information about pressing your leaves if you've never done it and need some help.

*Please send $10 by Sept. 3 to cover the cost of a binder, paper, and adhesive for the leaf collection.

 

 

 

BONUS:  

Define the word zetetic.  Turn in the definition and a sentence using the word correctly for 2 bonus points.  Due 9/15.
