HERE’S HOW YOU CAN HELP:

►You can be an Underwriter: (includes fielding a foursome)
**$1,000 – This leadership gift will place you in a drawing for $700 cash!
**$700 – This level of commitment will place you in a drawing for $300 cash!

►You can secure a team:
**A foursome fee is $400.

►You can be a Hole Sponsor:
**A sign is placed at a tee marker representing your company name or message.  The fee is $100.

 ►You can donate a Door Prize:
**Our goal is for each of the players to receive a door prize. 
Your tax deductible donation would go a long way towards accomplishing this.

 ►You can make a monetary donation towards the Golf Tournament:
**Your tax deductible donation will help us to fund the tournament fees, lunch, awards
and other prizes that our golfers will receive.  We are so grateful!
