Week 6: Trevor
Haggard helped the Eagels to a 3-2 record on the week with a
great effort at the plate. Haggard was 10-15 with 3 2B, 1
HR, 6 RBI, 6 SB, 3 BB, and he also scored 6 runs.
Week 5: Martin Key
led the Eagles going 7 for 13 with 3 doubles and a
homerun. Key also had 5 RBI, scored 8 runs and walked 4
times to help the Eagles go 5-0 on the week.
Week 4: Cody Jones
pitched a 1 hitter complete game shutout over Madison. He
hit .750 for the week with 4 doubles, scoring 6 runs, stealing 4
bases, and driving in 3.
Week 3: Trevor
Haggard led JCS at the plate going 5 for 11 with 6 BB, stole 9
bases, and hit his first HR leading the Eagles to a 4-1 record
in week three beating TCA twice and playing in the Warrior
Classic in Murphressboro.
Week 2: Hunter
Creasy went 6 for 10 with 3 doubles and picked up the first win
of his career in an extra inning thriller at Liberty. Zach
Parker was 6 for 8 with a double and a triple and scored 4 runs
for the Eagles in three games this week.
Week 1:
Junior 3rd baseman, Martin Key, led the Eagles at
the plate for the opening week of the season blasting a total of
3 home runs in his first two games. Key's two clutch home
runs against Dyer County lifted the Eagles to a 10-3 victory.
JCS finished the week 3-0 with wins over Harding Academy, Dyer
County, and McNairy County. |
