Eagle Soccer looks to add to trophy case
JACKSON, Tenn. - 4/26/2010 - After winning the Eagle Classic with victories over FACS and Dyersburg last week, securing JCS Soccer's first trophy in school history, the Eagles look at adding to their collection. Best of the West kicks off this week, a tournament that JCS advanced to the semi-finals of last season, but failed to advance past tournament hosts, USJ.  JCS opens round robin play on Wednesday with an evening game against Covington, followed by a Friday night game with North Side. Saturday rounds out the tournament with an early morning game against Crockett Co. If the Eagles advance, they will play in the semi-finals later that night, with the tournament championship game on Monday.  The Eagles also look to add to their individual trophy case, having 4 players named to the Eagle Classic All-Tournament Team: Cody Mitchell, Klyne Fawcett, Daniel Sears and Tournament MVP Drennan Mayberry.
